Web Team Adelaide has worked closely with Cassie Mason to migrate and re-brand her website since buying her business in early 2018. Cassie is the Director of Precision HR, a South Australian business offering solutions for business compliance with new legislation and regulations as well as HR management and Work Health and Safety advice and support.
Following our recent work with Cassie to implement internal booking systems for her website, we asked her some further questions about her business and how her website enhances it.
What makes your business unique? Precision HR clients receive a personalised, transparent and local service that gives them peace of mind about being business compliant, and looking after their employees the best they can.
When asked about the most enjoyable features of her work, Cassie mentioned the flexibility of the job and being able to create her own personalised routine. She also said that having the opportunity to meet great people along the way has made the work highly rewarding, particularly when people are delighted with the service.
What role does your website play in your business? My website is incredible, Ursh and the team have done a fabulous job. The website is my foundation. It is where people go to see that the business is credible. I love my website because its simple, easy to navigate and it tells people exactly what we do.
Ursh and the team have recently implemented a ‘Contact’ section of the website, where potential clients can book in a time with me via a third party calendar app. It removes the complexity of trying to find a time with someone as they can see my calendar (with real time data) and book in a time that suits them. Very handy indeed!
Website top tips Without a good website, Cassie felt that business owners could be missing out on exposure and potential business opportunities. She believes that business professionalism and credibility can be effectively portrayed by simply having a online presence in the first instance, but having a good website can take your business to the next level.
