Your information
and privacy.
Web Team Adelaide is owned and operated by Chris Lourenco through Loudachris.
This page explains the information collected by this website and how it's used.
Enquiry information
When you submit a form, I receive the name, email address and project details you choose to provide.
Your phone number and additional project notes are optional.
I use this information to understand your project, reply to your enquiry and discuss services you've requested.
Submitting an enquiry doesn't subscribe you to a marketing list.
The project planner and chat
The planner uses your selected answers to show a suggested starting point.
Your answers remain in the current page until you choose to submit them with your contact details.
The chat provides prepared guidance about the services and a guided project planner.
It isn't a live conversation with Chris.
Delivery and hosting providers
The site is hosted by Vercel and enquiry notifications are delivered through Resend to Chris's inbox.
These providers process information to operate the website and deliver your message, and their infrastructure may be outside Australia.
Information about their handling practices is available in Vercel's privacy policy and Resend's privacy policy.
Browser storage and security checks
The website uses temporary session storage to recognise a completed enquiry and prevent a repeated measurement event.
Your contact details aren't written to that session record.
Basic request information, including an IP address, is processed for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
Security and delivery-failure records can include submitted details so I can investigate a missing or blocked enquiry.
This review website doesn't load advertising pixels or third-party analytics.
Keeping and accessing information
Enquiries are held in Chris's inbox to manage the conversation and any resulting project.
I keep project records for the purpose they were collected and any applicable record-keeping requirements.
You can request access, correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, through the contact form.
I'll consider the request and explain any record-keeping requirement that affects it.
