Website information
and project terms.
Web Team Adelaide is a brand owned and operated by Chris Lourenco through Loudachris.
The website describes website design, rebuilds, landing pages, SEO, Google Ads, branding and graphic design services for Adelaide businesses.
Your project agreement
A written quote and the applicable service agreement set the scope, inclusions, responsibilities, payment arrangements and timing for your project.
Those documents are provided before work starts.
Submitting an enquiry or completing the project planner doesn't create a service agreement.
Pricing information
Website projects start from $3,000, with the final scope and GST treatment confirmed in the written quote.
Google Ads management is $900 plus GST a month, including a campaign landing page.
There's no lock-in, no setup fee and no hidden fee.
You remain in full control of your Google Ads account.
Your advertising budget is separate and is paid directly to Google.
Additional services and integrations are included only when they're listed in your agreed scope.
Guides and planner results
The guides and project planner provide general information to help you prepare a useful brief.
A planner result is a starting recommendation based on the answers you select.
I'll confirm the appropriate scope after reviewing your business and requirements.
Search and advertising outcomes
Search rankings and advertising performance depend on factors including competition, search demand, budget, the offer and the website.
Any targets and reporting measures are agreed for the specific project.
The website doesn't promise a particular ranking, lead count or revenue result.
